Marcus Polites
Managing Director
Marcus Polites is an experienced property executive with extensive expertise across property development, asset management, leasing and commercial strategy. Holding a Bachelor of Business (Property – Real Estate Practice), Marcus has built a strong track record delivering successful outcomes across retail, commercial, mixed-use and development projects throughout Australia.
Prior to joining Polites Property Group, Marcus managed retail leasing initiatives across the national shopping centre portfolio of Whistle Funds Management, working closely with property owners, retailers and stakeholders to optimise asset performance and enhance tenant mix outcomes.
Marcus later established and led the retail leasing division of Polites Property Group, successfully negotiating a number of Adelaide’s most significant retail leasing transactions and securing national and international retailers across prominent retail precincts and developments.
Throughout his career, Marcus has been involved in a diverse range of development, leasing and asset management initiatives, working alongside developers, institutional property owners, consultants and commercial tenants. His experience spans the full property lifecycle, including acquisitions, development feasibility, leasing strategy, asset repositioning and value creation.
As Managing Director, Marcus oversees the strategic direction of Polites Property Group and continues to lead residential, retail and mixed-use development opportunities across South Australia and Queensland.
Alex Polites
Managing Director
Alex Polites is a property developer and business leader with extensive experience across property acquisitions, development strategy, site amalgamations and project delivery. Alex has developed a strong understanding of the Australian property market and built a reputation for identifying opportunities and creating value through strategic development initiatives.
In 2014, Alex co founded Polites Property Group with a vision of establishing a diversified property business focused on development, investment and value creation. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in the growth of the group, leading numerous residential, retail and mixed use projects across Queensland, South Australia and Asia.
As Managing Director, Alex is responsible for overseeing the group’s development activities, acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. Based in South East Queensland, he specialises in site amalgamations, development feasibility, project delivery and stakeholder management, working closely with consultants, contractors, local authorities and project partners to bring opportunities to fruition.
With a hands on approach and entrepreneurial mindset, Alex continues to drive the expansion of Polites Property Group while maintaining a strong focus on quality, innovation and long term value creation.
