With a deep understanding of development, asset management and leasing, consolidated by his Bachelor of Business (Property "Real Estate Practice"), Marcus Polites leads the commercial development arm of Polites Property Group. Before Polites Property Group, Marcus managed the retail leasing for the national shopping centre portfolio of Whistle Funds Management Group. Marcus then turned to Adelaide to kickstart the retail leasing wing of Polites Property Group, securing some of the largest retail leases in Adelaide’s history. Subsequently, Marcus is currently working on residential and retail developments between both Adelaide and Queensland.
